FAR Part 27 - Patents, Data, And Copyrights

     In this webinar hosted by our friends at Jennifer Schaus & Associates, Mark Amadeo briefly reviews Part 27 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).  In particular, the webinar touches on the rights of the U.S. Government and contractors and subcontractors in technical data, computer software, and inventions that are generated under a government contract or delivered to the U.S. Government.  The webinar also addresses rights of contractors to assert copyrights over their works and to retain title over their patentable inventions.
